3.1 Ownership: All content and intellectual property within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are the property of Huffy or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own user-generated content and are solely responsible for any content they add to the app.

Huffy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or infringes upon the rights of others. Content will be removed promptly upon a valid claim being made.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 In-App Purchases: The App may offer premium features or subscriptions. Payment terms and pricing will be provided within the App. Refunds for digital purchases are at the discretion of Huffy, as the service is provided immediately upon purchase the use of the product starts immediately.

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Huffy does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Huffy, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6.1 Support Chat: If you have a dispute or concern, you can contact our support chat within the App. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Governing Law
7.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing your jurisdiction.
